What is your favorite movie? How about favorite tv show? I'm having a hard time with the movie question. We usually watch kids' movies at our house :) My favorite tv show is I Love Lucy.

Teaching my girls about Jesus! More than anything, I want them to know Him and love Him with all their hearts!

What is the most beautiful thing you have ever seen?

What is your favorite part of what you do at My Bridge Radio?
I love to schedule music and fine-tune each hour.

How/ when did you come to know the Lord as Savior? I grew up in a Christian home. God was always a part of my life. After two girls in my church gave their lives to Jesus, I began to wonder if I was ready to make that commitment, too. In August of 1988, I asked Jesus to come into my heart. Since that time, God has used many different people to encourage me, challenge me, and support me as I grow in my relationship with Him.

What’s your favorite song or artist?
TobyMac

Pets:  dog, Kayray

What are you most passionate about?  Honoring God with my life.

What is the most beautiful thing you have ever seen?
  Our wedding day

Why are you serving with My Bridge Radio?  God has given me an amazing opportunity to use the talents He gave me and allowed me to grow in the corporate world of radio directly for Him now.  When He presented the opportunity to enter into ministry radio with My Bridge Radio, there wasn’t any hesitation because both Glenda and I felt God leading us towards this opportunity.  It’s wonderful to be able to share my passion for Christ and radio with my neighborly Nebraskans (and you bordering state residents too)!

What is your favorite part of what you do at My Bridge Radio?
Hanging out on the air and in person with our listeners!

What’s your favorite song or artist? Right now  - Toby Mac “Made to Love”

What is something you enjoy doing when you are not on the radio?
Both Glenda and I are really into bicycling.  I’d bike every day if I could!  I’m also a huge HUSKER Football fan but I enjoy cheering on the HUSKERS in all sports ;)  Go BIG RED!

What is your favorite movie? “Little Women.” We have 4 versions, going back to one from years ago! It’s fun to see how the filming has changed.

What are you most passionate about? Seeing men and women, boys and girls, experience the reality of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

What is the most beautiful thing you have ever seen?
I’d have to say my 3 children when they were just minutes old, blinking at the new world they had entered!

Why are you serving with My Bridge Radio? I have had the privilege of being part of Mission Nebraska since it’s beginning on March 10, 1998. When God led us to steward KROA, serving in My Bridge Radio became part of my role. It has been exciting to learn about the realm of local Christian radio!

What is your favorite part of what you do at My Bridge Radio? I love being part of connecting listeners to what God is doing throughout our state.

How/ when did you come to know the Lord as Savior?
I grew up attending church and learning about God, but it wasn’t until I was a freshman in college that I really understood that it wasn’t my “good works” outweighing my sins that determined my eternal destiny. I went to a meeting where someone read Ephesians 2:8-9. Those simple words, “by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is a the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast,” pierced my heart. I saw clearly that I was a sinner and that my faith needed to be in the work of Christ, not in anything I could do. I realized He had paid the penalty for my sins with His life and that I could enter into a life-changing relationship with Him by trusting Him. And I saw that my life isn’t my own – it belongs to Him because He gave His life for me.

What are you most passionate about? Jesus

What is the most beautiful thing you have ever seen? There are so many times I marvel at God's creation - a breathtaking mountain view, a perfect flower, a gorgeous Nebraska sunset!! But I also think of times like seeing my husband's eyes light up and his face as he breaks into a huge grin, seeing a child bring joy to others through their innocence , or watching Josiah share his testimony on the morning he chose to get baptized and just be overwhelmed with God's grace in our lives! I can't decide!!!

Why are you serving with My Bridge Radio? Because God has called me serve with the Mission Nebraska team and He has called us as a Mission Nebraska team into the area of local Christian radio! I love the fact that as we seek to follow Him and be useable for His purposes, He takes us places we never would have dreamed of going.

What is your favorite part of what you do at My Bridge Radio?
I love the the chance to see first-hand God's provisions as we move forward in what God has for us as He works through My Bridge Radio! It is amazing to see all He has done and is doing! I enjoy the opportunity to interact with our listeners and our day sponsors - to hear their stories about what God is doing, whether it is contacting through them about day sponsor messages, being part of Sharathon or praying with callers during a Day of Hope. It is a privilege for me to serve in this way!

What’s your favorite song or artist? It is hard to choose because God uses different songs in my life at different times, but one that has been a favorite for a while is Who am I by Casting Crowns. If I was to choose out of some of our newer songs, I like Lose My Soul with Toby Mac and Mandisa.
